awsome store. this is one of the best stores we have ever been in.They have a huge selection and a proffesional sales staff.We recommend Jacks western Wear to everyone..friends, family. The last comment posted by countrydad76 is not accurate and is made by someone who probably makes a living shoplifting.

Rude and Judgmental Staff‎. I have been a customers of Jacks for years but after today i will never go back , I am a local farmer in the area and took my son in today looking for some new boots and the staff made me so mad i will never return. They followed myself and my three year old around like we were thieves , Then lady followed us everywhere and we couldnt even look becuase of the watching us like hawks , I have never been so embarased in my life and felt uncompfortable. We couldnt even look, for them following us and standing right beside us and hiding around the isles watching.



I am a former law enforcement officer and i know what they were doing and i think it was very disrespectflu to me and my family. they lost about $350.00 today because i will not purchase anything from them again becuase of their rude and judgmental attitude.
