Over the top on target with our needs!

I have purchased 3 other homes and had okay service by my realtors in the past, however the Madden Team surpassed all my expectations. I would say the best characteristic was the feeling of honesty and the fabulous communication. I would highly recommend The Madden Team to anyone who is considering buyer or selling. The service I received was over-the-top on target with our needs!

Madden Real Estate is by far the BEST real estate company, not only in Fairbanks, but in the country as far as I'm concerned! I had the wonderful pleasure of having Wes Madden list our home. We loved our home and had no intention of moving. But, when life threw us a curve ball, we had to place our home on the market. It was such a stressful time for our family because my husband had to move without us due to his work. I was left alone with our 3 little children to sell our home. It was our first time selling and we basically had no idea what we were to expect, or that magical question, how long it would take. Wes was absolutely amazing. He put me at ease each and every time I needed him, had a question, or was concerned. His knowledge of the market made us feel so comfortable and we knew we were always in good hands. Randi of the Madden team was also amazing. She always had the answer, and always was sweet, happy and helpful. They are a professional business who treat you like family. We sold our home in 2 months at one of the hardest times of year. Jewel of Madden Real Estate was actually the Realtor who sold it! So, once again, a Madden team member out did themselves. If I had it to do over, I wouldn't hesitate to use Madden again. I enjoyed working with them and Wes is one of the best guys I know. I can't thank him enough for all his hard work. I HIGHLY recommend Madden Real Estate to everyone at the highest level. They ROCK!!!

Transaction was so quick!

This transaction was so quick, I can’t think of anything to improve upon. This was the easiest transaction that we have ever completed. The Madden Team is top notch and delivers exactly what they promise. Cullen is the best Realtor we have ever dealt with.

Will always have our business

We moved here from Virginia and Christina was an absolute GODSEND. I never imagined purchasing a home 4,000 miles away would be easier than purchasing house in the same city, but that’s what happened. She was unbelievably prompt in responding to me and helped us find a home that met our very unique needs. We found a great house in a great neighborhood and we were able to get off the plane and go straight to our new home. I absolutely LOVED the technology that made the process so efficient and easy for us to find a home and purchase it long distance. We have purchased four homes in the Lower 48, but our move to Alaska was by far the easiest because of the Madden Team’s outstanding customer service. Our agent’s responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to find a home that met our unique needs resulted in us arriving in Alaska to the perfect home for us and our four children. I highly recommend this team, which exceeded our expectations and will ALWAYS have our business.

There were certain factors that were important to my decision to buy in Fairbanks. I communicated these to Ethan and he knew exactly the properties to show me. Ethan was confident and well informed about the property. Working with the other team members at Madden made the complete transaction smooth from start to finish
