I would like to say that I had one of the best and most professional truck buying experiences today at Stanley Nissan. Not only did they help me get out of a disaster with my previous truck they were able to put me in a nicer one. The staff was extremely professional and patient and the General Manager was great. I would highly recommend to anyone whether it is maintenance or you need a new vehicle to shop here. Thank you again to everyone..

Ok. Since I posted the last posting, they have gone out of their way to fix my issue with them. I do recommend them. I have tried to delete my old post "They will rip you off" but Google will not let me!? They explained the situation to me and everything is good. Thanks Stanley Nissan!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased here in the past six months. This one is for my daughter who is just starting driving. They went out of their way on a couple of occasions in this purchase process to make her feel like a VIP. Very much appreciated.

Our family had been looking to replace
our "old family truckster" and had visited every car dealer in the Fairbanks area with the exception of Stanley Nissan. The reason we had not visited that dealership was a lack of knowledge of what Nissan had to offer. So, the wife being the wonderful individual she is mentioned that we should at least take a look so I shrugged my shoulders and said it can't hurt. We showed up at Stanley Nissan at about 2:00 pm and test drove a Nissan Titan Pro4X. It only took seconds of sitting in the vehicle to realize that we may have found the truck for our family of four. The salesman Bob Fudge covered the truck bumper to bumper and answered every question we threw at him. He said let's take it for a ride and you can see how great the truck really is. I couldn't believe how perfect the truck was all the way around, PRICE and discounts being the best parts. We told Bob that we needed some time to think it over and we would get back in touch with him but before we left we crunched some of the numbers so we could really see what we were getting and for how much, I should probably say how little. After discussion with the family we headed 25 miles back to the dealer with the truck we were trading to drive the Titan again and get a trade in value for our old truck. Even though we showed up 30 minutes before closing, Bob and the wonderful team at Stanley Nissan stayed to provide us the trade in value and let us take the Titan out for one more spin. It only took sitting in the seat one more time to know that this is the truck for us. We drove out an hour later with the truck at the price we had been looking for the whole time. This is the first time in my 26 years of driving and purchasing vehicles that it took less than six hours to decide to purchase a vehicle, especially one that I no knowledge of.
My wife and I would like to personally thank Bob Fudge and the staff that assisted us for their excellent customer service and knowledge of the products on the lot.

The salesperson and dealer manager took their time to help us find a positive finance negotiation. The Manager was very helpful and the salesperson was very friendly and respectful at all times.

I know I can trust these folks to take care of my vehicle. They have kept it running reliably through thick and thin. They are also willing to answer questions and work with a customer. I am more than satisfied.
