DO NOT COM!E HERE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I paid to stay here for two nights. The day after the first night left the room for a couple of hours. When I returned half of my stuff was missing! All of my little boys brand new school cloths, his i pod, my clothes, and all of our cosmetic stuff. When we called the front desk they hung up on us twice. When we went into the office to confront the problem they walked away and slammed the door in my face. I called the police and was waiting outside for them to come and they came out and yelled at me and threatened me in front of my five year old son. When the cops did come they could not do anything because there was no proof. I ended up paying for a night that I didn't stay and never got my $300.00 plus stuff back. As I was waiting for the police I saw many drug deals go down and was asked to buy some stolen items. I choose this place to stay because it was cheap, and that is exactly what I got! I would not recommend this place to anyone ever! Pay a little extra to go to a place that wont steal your belongings! I ALSO JUST LEARNED THAT THERE ARE AT LEAST 8 MEGANS LAW REGISTERED OFFENDRES THAT LIVE AT THIS HOTEL!

Older hotel in the middle of it all!. I stayed here in January and it was almost 75 degrees outside, we just drove down from washington for the weekend because of the warm weather.. Hotel is decent, I think they rent part of it out to people full time so be prepared for some interesting characters lingering around. The room was basic, nice tv seperate toilet and sink area.. cracks in the walls, all the stuff you would normally find at a 50 dollar a nice dive.. but nice staff and an awesome location, right downtown redding, close to all the bars and dining. would stay there again. and would recomend only if your up for an adventure and willing to get past cosmetics to save some money and be in a great location.
