Old Favorite going slowly downhill

This used to be one of the best places to eat in Yuba City. It has lost its charm and looks very dated inside. The staff attempts to do a good job but it doesn't quite come off. The newspaper runs frequent coupons for buy one dinner get one free and that brings in locals like me. The prime rib is still good but not great as in the past.
- Pros: Coupons 2 for 1, Large portions, Pies are GREAT
- Cons: , Could be cleaner
