there is a TV, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a small table and chairs in the room. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, we slept in later than we typically do, the bed was so nice. We did not have noise issues.

Fairly clean, recently renovated bathroom and hot shower. Just fine if you are passing through and need a bed for a night.

our room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable enough, and it was much cheaper than the other "budget" options in town. LIke I said, good enough for what it is

I would definately stay here again. If you have reasonable expectations at this price point, the Budget Inn does not disappoint.
