Poor service. I have used Mark Davis plumbing in the past and I have always been satisfied. However, I will NEVER use this plumber again based upon my last experience. Both of my toilets were not working. Mark (himself) came out and "fixed" them. I went to flush a toilet and the handle wouldn't even work! I called him back. He was supposed to show up at a certain time, but did not show nor did he call. I called him to find out what happened and he said another job took longer than he thought. He made a promise to be there within a certain number of hours. He did arrive an to his credit, he did not send me a bill although I was quite willing to pay for parts but not the subsequent visit. Unfortunately, both toilets still ran periodically so I called him again. He made an apt for 1 pm, and even called to confirm--no show and no call. I have called him since at least twice, and he will not return my phone call!! What kind of service is that?

excellent service. Mark Davis is professional and thoughtful. I have all my plumbing needs meant by this company from putting in several hundred feet of natural gas lines to the common plugged toilet. Mark Davis is always my first call. I have never known a plumber actually tell me I can save money by doing a little adjustment myself..whats up with that? Thanks Mark for the good job..

Expensive. I recently had my water heater replaced. The workman charged me for six hours worth of work to replace my hot water heater. The workman even charged me an hour for his five minutes of looking at my dripping hot water heater, to inform me, yes it was leaking. In the past the job has been done in less than two hours.

When I asked about a senior discount, for us folks on a limited income, the workman told me they did not offer discounts. He said he had become a plumbing because he couldnt afford to pay a plumber.

A lot of good that does for me, after my $900 water heater replacement, I would not recommend this company ever again!
