The owner, who has her hands in every department on a daily basis, is crazy. Told me she would sell a seadoo 200 for one price. When I returned she told me she wanted to add all these fees and I never said I wanted a trailer and that would be another 2000 and than bumped up the price on the original offer. I told her I was not interested. I came back two weeks later to service the boat that I purchased from a private seller and when she found out that I had dropped off my boat she called me and told me the rate for me was 165 not the posted rate of 119. When I told her that is not what the service guy told me she said she will check with him and call back. She called me back later that day and said the relationship is not going to work and to come get my boat they will not fix it. Relationship!? Lady, I just need my boat to be worked on, not looking to form a relationship and hold hands. The guys in sales and service told me she has only been in the business for less than a year and "she is crazy". I guess they are having lots of problems and complaints because of her business ethics. Stay clear of the crazy tactics and Vacaville Motorsports!!!! You have been warned.

I have received nothing but great service from Vacaville Motorsports, I purchased a new R6 last year and love it. I have had it in for service several times and they are always quick and keep in great contact. Ryan in parts is a great guy and has always gotten me what I needed alot quicker than other shops Ive delt with. Going to get the new R1 in 2009 and will be getting it there.

At First displeased with parts dept. but owner made a point to contact me and apolagise for the part delay and offer a resolution. THANKS! :-)
