HORRIBLE OWNER!!!!!

I went there to clena up a computer that was slow running. They were not able to power on the computer yet charged me 45$ for trying. I had my husband call to clarify what the fee covered OWNER became VERY angry, throwing his glasses across the counter and then the invoice (I had already paid him). He was soooo angry that we would even ask why he charged me this type of fee that he went off. It was not a place I felt safe being so I scooped up my computerand the invoice and promptly left while he was still on the phone with my husband.
Shortly after I left I called my husband to check in and he stated that the owner hung up on him!! I called to apologize if my husband came across the wrong way and to express my concern about his extreme behavior. Well.... he started yelling at me... I simply said that as a customer he should have explained nicly what service he completed to our computer and that would have been fine but to yell at me and then hang up on me as I was talking was RUDE and seriously unprofessional.
I truly understand that dealing with the public is hard but you should never treat your customers like that. The economy is in the tank and Sonoma is a small town so I hope my words will save many form the angry little man that owns sonoma computer.
