Love, love this store. I love this store. You never have to wait for very long for someone to help you. It seems that no matter what you are looking for, they have it unless they are sold out. The staff is always so friendly and eager to help you. Instead of telling you which Isle your item is in, they will actually walk you to where the item is located. This store would not be the say without Lou. He is fabulous. Be sure to stop by the outside tools and care to say hello.

Lowe's at Charlotte Ave.. The return desk is awful. They can look up a purchase on the credit card you used but act like it is sooo much trouble. Last week I went in for a price match and first they said they couldn't do it on mulch. I had bough 60 bags and then it went onsale for 40% less. I knew that was not true so I told the person that I could jsut buy 60 more bags at the sale price and return them with the orginal receipt, Then she decided it might quailfy for the price match. She ask 5 people how she was supoosed to do it and I tried to tell her but she kepy saying"I know exactly what I am doing"All she had to do was refund the old price and then recharge me at the new price but she would not listen and after telling me she kn w what she was doing 3 times and taking over 30 minutes to do it, it was a joke. Where are they getting these ne wpeople that act like they personally own the store? If they do not want to go by the policies they have on their website, then they should not have them.
