Editorial Review for Eden Day Spa – by Sandra Ramani
The Scene
Quiet and pristine, this lovely, spacious spa includes a sunny reception and store, a cavernous waiting area with snack nook, saunas, facial and body service areas, and men's and women's locker rooms. Much of the sleek, plush furniture is imported and custom-made--like the extra-wide massage tables with built-in face cradles, and the Mu-Tone, a traditional East Asian wooden bath laced with oils and flower petals. The dimly lit lounge and nail area features buttery leather armchairs with headphones tuned into the entertainment projected on large white walls.
The Services
Quality spa fare with Asian and holistic influences. Facials use Dermologica products, essential oils and natural extracts. Massage styles include lava stone; body treatments include seaweed wraps and the "Sandy Beach Scrub," a full-body exfoliating with Mu-Tone soak, scalp mud treatment and Vichy shower (women only). Waxing, manicures and spa pedicures (with reflexology) are also available.

I found the spa doing a "near me" search on my phone. It happened to be close and have an availability in a time frame that worked so I booked two massages, one for me and one for my partner. One issue we've had with spa's has been the men's quarters. But not here, he was quite pleased and even a bit impressed. There was a customer in the ladies changing room and we talked a bit, she mentioned that she always comes here. The waiting area is very relaxing with an active water fall, dim lighting, romantic ambiance and comfy leather chairs. The staff was very friendly. The negative that I saw was the staff didn't communicate exceptionally well. My masseur wasn't aware that I was pregnant, even though I was specific about this when I called to book the appointment. Once I told her (I'm still quite small) she got pillows and showed genuine concern for my overall comfort throughout. There was no rush at anytime. We were served refreshments after our massages and stayed as long as we liked. I appreciated the heated seat of the bidet, and the available sauna. There is also an optional inclusive meal made to order. We'll be back and next time we'll book the couple's massage.
Pros: Monthly Specials, Hours of Operation, Ambience, Service, Men's Services, Relaxing
Cons: Staff Communique

My girlfirend and I are extremely happy with our experience at eden. We were very impressed with how accomadating they were. Due to the weather we had to cancel plans and had no problem with changing are appointment to an earlier one. The atmosphere was great and relaxing. Our couples massage was amazing and just what we needed. The spread they put out for us was a great touch champagne, choclates, fruits etc.. Everyone was extremely proffesional. I highly recommend Eden Day Spa to any one who wants an amazing experience at an amazing place.
Pros: Staff, atmoshpere, value
Cons: None
