This guy is a LIAR and CHEAT, AVOID like a plague!!!!. I had Terry come out to look at my dryer back in 9/2011. He had some kid who looked like he was in high school doing all the work for him. He replaced my heating element. 3 1/2 months later heat goes out. they come back and my heating element broke. He want to sale me another heating element and fuses or a used dryer for $175. took the dryer and it got hot ONE TIME. Called back for refund. He said ill be there sat. no cll no show. called him sat noon he said ill be there after 3. no call no show. then he says he had to go out of town and left friday......if you left friday why didnt you tell me that when we talked saturday!!!!!??? He again no calls no show tuesday night. it is now wednesday and im getting a police escort to go with me to try and get my money back. this guy is a joke, con artist, and bad for valley business. PLEASE DONT ever use this guy for service. I only gave him one star because i have to leave something.....…
They never showed up after repeated phone calls!. Unreliable. I called over 2 days..they kept saying they would come out...the day came and went-never came out. I called back and they said they would come the next day-never came. I finally called A&R used appliances, Denair, calif-even though they are out of town-they came out-reliably and called me back to keep in touch.…
Poor Customer Service.
We called Doyle's Appliance to fix our gas dryer. The guy came out said that it wasn't working because it was pushed up to close to the wall. We thought that's an easy fix, too bad it was going to
cost us. We would be happy if that was the problem, but it wasn't. We called them back 3 times to have them come back to take a real look at it not just pull it from the wall. Each time they said they would come back, but the never did. They lied and said they would come to take another look, but they never showed or called to say they wouldn't make it.
So we called another company, the guy showed up and actually looked at the dry and fixed it within an hour of us calling him.
We will never give our money to Doyle's Appliance again....Shame on you!!!…
