High End One of a Kind Jewerly. Not only is E.J. Sain one of the oldest family owned jewelry stores in Nashville, they carry some of the world’s most precious stones. They are a one of a kind jewelry store because of their choices in stones and settings. It is also one of the few jewelry stores that have their personal jeweler within the store. You can even have a look at their loose gem stones and design your own piece of jewelry. If you can't afford the $35,000 price tags on their gems in the case, you can hand design what you are looking for with any budget. One might think, due to the quality of gems in the case, you wouldn't be able to afford anything from Sain's, but you can. They go out of their way to try and find the best deal for you. You can often meet the family and get the personal, down to earth ambience which is missing from many high end retail stores. They also clean jewelry for free and fix broken pieces at a very reasonable price. I won’t go anywhere but E.J. Sain.

One of a kind jewelry. My husband bought absolutely the most beautiful cardinal diamond engagement ring here. We were in the shop when some specialty yellow diamond rings were at E. J. Sain on a tour from South Africa. The designer of these rings also designed Princess Diana's engagement ring. They were breathtaking. This is a really lovely shop with very informed and helpful staff. We will definitely go back. He's retiring soon, so now it is his turn for a special something from our little shop.

High End - But Pricey. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Nice small shop with quality watches and jewelery.

I was particularly impressed with their inventory of Patek Phillippe watches.

Worth a visit.
