Bad Service!!!!!!

Customer beware! Not only are snakes aggressive and power fed....but owner Bill likes to put things off (shipments) . Return policy is ridiculous as well. They are quick to make the sale but provide awful customer service and customer care.
- Pros: none!
- Cons: bad service and return or refund policy. customer service after sale....is the worst.
