Phenomenal service, Superb cuisine. Le Bistro is by far the best dining experience in Stockton and the Central Valley. The service and food are incredible. Way below it's potiential. Le Bistro has a great name, but really the ambience kills it for me. It looks like a outdated Denny's. They are the heavy weight in Stockton, however if they don't invest in remodeling the resturant they will continue to hold hostage those who want a fine dining experience until someone else comes to town. Everything else is done very well. Top notch. I just find the fact that they won't remodel, and look like the resturant they should be frustrating.…
