End O' the Bend Haven. What a great place to have a quiet or romantic weekend. Right on the Cumberland River and decorated impeccably. You can sit on the porch overlooking the river and read or nap the day away. Even better you are so close to Nashville that you can get tickets for Ryman, Schermerhorn, Bridgestone, or just go and spend time downtown Nashville.

Would repeat the visit in a heartbeat.

Log cabin retreat right on the river.. The Scene
Located on the Cumberland River, this rustic luxury cabin may be made from 150-year-old logs, but that doesn't mean it sacrifices modern conveniences. Central heat, air-conditioning and cable TV are all at home here. Since children are not allowed, this makes for the perfect romantic getaway.

The Details
In a city populated with generic hotels and motels, this is a unique option. Furnished in French country style, two large bedrooms--each with its own private bathroom--showcase Bill Blass and Laura Ashley decor. Breakfast isn't included in your stay, but there is a modern kitchen and barbecue grill for those guests wishing to whip up their own meals. Wicker furniture adorns a screened-in porch, offering peaceful views of the river.
