Horrible

This facility they have running is horrible! The doctors are fine its the WHOLE front desk staff! All the girls are rude! Kathy wont EVER answer the phone, your always sent to voicemail and don't think if you call that morning and leave a message that she will return your call! You have to leave another message the next day for her to return your call probably by the third day! Its like pulling teeth dealing with ANY of these girls here! I am extremely dissappointed by their lack of professionalism and carelessness! I wont even write on here what the nurse in the blood work department did to my child :( I will never take my child here again! Too bad the staff is affecting the money that is suppose to go into these doctors pockets! I'll be sure to keep writing reviews.

Dr. Billigmeier is terrific with my children. I would recommend him to anyone.
