Red Lobster in stockton.. horible, I dont think ill ever eat there again, people are rude, on top of that they took out the best crab they had king crab, then i go there and they said they had dungious crab i was going to settle with that then they said they where out of it, well that was enough for me, family and friends, I dont think they will last too much longer, I agree they need to get their stuff together.
Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment..
In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.
dont bother on holidays.
everyone knows about red lobster, but this one specifically needs to get it's act together.
on father's day, after being told to wait 45 minutes, i went back to the hostess 50 minutes later just to make sure she didn't call me. she was rude and said she told me that it would be an hour and ten minutes. i think i wouldve heard her say over an hour. i waited anyway since i was already there and i had the RUDEST server ever. after being seated and waiting for a while, even other servers would come up to my family and ask if we've been helped.
our server went to other tables that arrived after us before finally coming to us. she was absolutely rude, never said anything, grabbed plates, practically threw plates and gave us empty a1 steak bottles.
id expect a whole lot more from a corporate chain.
IF YOU CANT HANDLE THE JOB, THEN DONT BE A SERVER. simple as that.
