My wedding was fantastic! – I have to admit that i do not usually care to post things on these websites but Tiffany at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa was my coordinator last year and she was amazing. she was so helpful and detailed every step of the way. the hotel is magical and we can't wait to go back. the food at our dinner was just as good as it was at the tasting, the room was beautiful (thanks in part to our florist and our other hired wedding coordinator), our hotel accomodations were perfect - thanks to Tiffany for getting us upgraded to a great suite. The entire staff at the hotel was attentive, friendly, warm, they all made us feel like we were the only ones at the hotel. Tiffany was present for each and every one of our events for the entire time and made sure that the day was perfect. AND IT WAS! i do admit that the hotel is a bit pricey but again, a once in a lifetime day worth (almost) every penny. Shame on you for thinking anything bad about her at all. She is a gem and Ojai is glad to have her. J
Best meal I have ever had and worth the money...... – The hotel is nice but the best part of the trip was the dinner I had there it was the best I have ever had. It was well worth the money. You will be spoiled and never again be satisfied with the norm.......
Fairways and beauty treatments in an inspired mountain setting. – The Scene
This gorgeous golf- and spa-oriented resort sits just over the hills from Santa Barbara. It welcomes guests with its cheery, Spanish-style red roofs and massive health and beauty spa. The latter is a favorite with single gals and couples from L.A., although said guests come for more than just the massages. They're also lured by the peaceful surroundings, a relaxing bar and unforgettable pampering.
The landmark inn was built in 1923 and boasts handsome rooms with four-poster beds and antique armoires. There are plenty of lovely spaces for doing absolutely nothing, as well as an abundance on offer for active guests. Choices include a championship golf course, professionally staffed tennis center, children's playground, sports fields and three swimming pools. A pleasant surprise to many is the property's own stable, where genial Bill Fraser runs trail rides twice a day and private rides on a picturesque, 800-acre working ranch.
A Majestic Paradise to Revive Your Soul – We stayed at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa for the first time this spring and it was magical. The setting was tranquil and the grounds were beautiful. It was the perfect mixture of rest and activity. We went horseback riding, had 2 tennis lessons, and worked out in the gym. We also relaxed and caught up on our sleep and got a reviving spa treatment. We capped it all off with a few wonderful dinners. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Relax Fully, But for a Price – The spa is a wonderful getaway for some rest and relaxation, but those body treatments have a hefty price tag. The rose petals massage is worth every penny but it's a special-occasion affair if you're on a budget. The treatment made my skin super soft and left the light fragrance of roses on it. The therapists are good at what they do and very friendly. The atmosphere is elegant with luxurious touches like baskets of fruit, tea, cucumber and citrus-infused water in addition to the plush robes and toiletries. It's a great place to have a girls' day out with some friends, just make the reservations well in advance.
