HORRIBLE DIRTY FREEZING RUN BY KIDS!!!. HORRIBLE!!!! Took our children to see TANGLED 3D spent $55 for two adultsand two children only to find out it was not 3D!!!

VERY VERY UNHAPPY seats were dirty and hard movie theater was dirty . A waste of money will go somewhere else for now on!!!

Movie On Ice.... I have been going to this theatre for over 10 years now & I will go to another theatre whenever possible. The theatre is always freezing! It is always Nasty, dirty, and basically unattended to...as far as quality goes, that also needs some improvement...IT would be nice to have staff members that actually tried to resolve the rude (mostly teens) audience members that have no respect for others; I have yet to see such a thing. Sadly this place is not worth the money...go somewhere else if possible....you will be glad you did.

Sticky SItuation. I used to like this place, but i recently went to see How She Move with boyfriend and the floors were really sticky. The Snow Caps looked more like Snow Craps ;-) Plus, half way through the movie a bunch of unruly kids started harassing me and my life partner. To top off the whole enchilada, a pack of vicious dogs were lurking around the poorly-lit parking lot, one looked like it had rabies. Not a pleasant experience.

Poor upkeep, low quality - drive a little further and pay a little more - it will be worth it!. I HATE going to this MoviePlex! Sure, admission is cheaper than other places, but not by much and I'd rather pay more and have a much better experience. This place is always dirty - dirty carpet, dirty bathrooms, dirty seats, sticky floors. The movies usually have some sort of defect, like a bright green line across the screen, or the film actually stopping or even catching on fire! The sound quality is very poor. It is also over run with unaccompanied teens causing trouble. The kids who work there do nothing to remove unruly guests, even after complaint, and they do not offer to compensate those who are bothered by them or by problems with the film and sound quality.

Save your money!. Save your money for another theater. Screen was very dark and sound is garbled. Even after the employees tried to fix it, it was never up to par. Theater had no heat on. We had to bundle up with our coats to keep warm. Not a pleasant experience.
