Customers of City Cab Taxi to watch out and be aware. I've been away from home since 2002 and I moved to the East coast New York, Chicago, Baltimore ect, and so I’ve taken a few taxicabs, in a few different cities and I’ve seen all type of fares.

Well I’ve recently moved back home was very upset when the taxi driver that I called told me that it cost $70 to ride from the Airport to town, now (he couldn’t tell that i was pissed) and I paid it, but i was pissed.

I don’t have a car yet and so I take taxi a lot, now since my rip off from City Cab, I’ve learned from other taxicab drivers/companies that the normal fare from the airport to rock springs is $25 or $30. Now the driver that originally told me this, I believe his name was Calvin is the manager of Butterfly Taxi and of course being a competitor I didn’t at first believe what he said but since then I’ve spoken to other taxi drivers and I’ve learned that Calvin (who by the way complains about all the other taxi companies and gouges his prices also lol) well he was actually telling the truth about Jeff at City Cab.

I also learned that the guy form City Cab changes his rates from time to time. One-day he charges one price and the next day he charges something different. He seems to be the most expensive taxi company in town. I felt truly hosed after learning all of this and felt that I should at least try and warn other customers/potential customers of City Cab taxi to watch out and be aware,
