Honky-Tonk it!. The first time I walked into the Beacon, I was sadly disappointed. But then I had never lived outside New England before. I couldn?t imagine a bar where they didn?t know how to make a ?cosmopolitan? a ?grape crush? or even a ?jagerbomb.? It?s beer, whisky, tequila, and not much else here. But once you accept that this is the WEST---you couldn?t find a better place! Live bands, cheap drinks, ladies night on Wednesday (I think) ---and the DANCING!! So much fun!!
