I have had only positive experience with them. Dr. Melinda Thomas is wonderful. Had my Rott diagnosed with lymph cancer. She only made it 27 days...but dr. Thomas was wonderful, she would have let me talk for hours if I wanted to. Also started taking my shih tzu pup to her and her and the vet tech were so funny with him. Adorned him and made me feel so comfortable having them be the vets. I would recommend them to anyone.

Never go to this place if you care about your pet. The only thing these people care about is money. I took my newly-adopted dog there twice because of his Kennel Cough. They charged me over $200 and not only my dog didn't completely recover, but also they hurt his nails while clipping them. They also tried to convince me to redo his vaccines although he is up-to-date with all the shots. They told me that I have to redo his vaccines because it needed to be repeated 3-4weeks after the first dose (My dog is 3-years old!!!). They sell the medicines with a price as much as twice the stores! They just try to make money out of pet owner, and never care if their "over vaccination" or "over medicine prescription" cause irreversible health problems in the pet!!!
Don't even bother – I will never go here again. We got a voucher from the humane society to get my dog fixed here. Everything was fine until, 2 days later, she had awful bloody diarrhea and couldn't stop pooping. They said it was worms and tried to sell me medicine for $50 over the actual price! Turns out, it wasn't worms and they gave her an intestinal infection and now my other dog has it. Worst experience EVER!
Very good and popular local vet – They are pricey, but careful, attentive and thorough - that's what I want in a vet. I have seen both Dr Seiler and another vet on staff and both were very clear and well-informed.
Prescription prices are about the same as online and no shipping costs.
I use Pawprints because they were recommended by someone who has been using them for over a decade - for numerous small pets - and she wouldn't use anyone else in town.
There are better vets in Morgantown – I want to begin my saying that I think Dr. George Seiler is a good vet but unaware of how his wife runs the financial side of the business. My pets (I have 8) have been seeing Dr. Seiler for over three years. Overall, I have been happy with the care I received except in one case (from another vet at Paw Prints). However, I have been repeatedly overcharged for services I did not receive. Each time I would call and explain and the front office staff would remove the charge. I once was charged $150 for a procedure that should have cost $45! Over the past three years I have watched prices rise beyond what I believe is reasonable. Recently, my pet's test results were sent to a specialist for a consult. I was verbally told that the cost would be $50. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $120. I contacted the specialist and was told they charged $55 for the consult. I contacted Cindy Seiler and was told the remaining $65 was Paw Prints fees! For what? Faxing the results and calling the specialist? She could not tell me and was nasty when I pressed for an explanation. She threatened to send my bill to collections if I did not pay the additional $65! This is what I call ripping the customer off--plain and simple!!! From what I hear from others who have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal directly with her, she is a bully and a B***H! Beware if you choose to go here...they overcharge and...well, hopefully you get the picture
You will want to go to another vet – Paw Prints remind me of a mechanic with their desire to make as much money off of you as possible. As a new kitten owner, they attempted to sell multiple vaccines, boosters, etc, and the staff did not explain the costs upfront. When we first called, they stated the initial visit would be $50. Upon checkout, it turned out to be $125 stating that the quote did not include the shots. We then received a notice that the kitten needed to return for boosters on August 28th, sadly we received this notice at the end of September. When we returned, we were told that we needed to do the whole process over again. If you enjoy the nickle and diming of going to a mechanic, and want the same experience at the vet, then maybe Paw Prints is for you! If you want a competent staff and vet, I suggest you go elsewhere, I know I am.
