Love this store!. When I was a little girl 26 years ago my mother and grandmother shopped at this very store for shoes for me because it was the only place they could find shoes that fit my very narrow feet. The ladies who run this store are always very kind and helpful. My mother had such great experiences all the years until I outgrew the store that she of course suggested them to me for my own children. Now we go back every season. In respond to Just Mad. My daughter and I have been going to The Shoe Story for many years. The selection of shoes and the service is why we keep going back. In response to Just Mad, I have been working retail for years with different corperations, and their policies with returnes are the same as other store. No other store would have let you return that shoe at all. To ease your mind...I was in their recently with my daughter and their return policy has changed. They now do returns for money back for 30 days. If you had issues with the shoes you should have called the staff unlike other stores they would have tried to do their best to help you. Give the store another Shot.…
Just Mad!!. I purchased shoes for my daughters when they were buy one pair and get another 50% off. My youngest daughter was not with me at the time and I asked the girl if I would be able to return them if they did not fit. Living in Buckhannon and not able to get to Clarksburg as often as I like, I was not able to get back that fast. This past weekend I retuned to the shoes and was not able to get the 50% on another pair and had to pay full price. Being a mother of three and living in hards times as this world is. I could see if my child had worn the shoes. But had not been out of the box but once when she tried them on and did not like them, they hurt her feet. I was just disappointed in the store. So I will not be back!!…
