DISGUSTING AND BUG INFESTED. Dee Jays is DISGUSTING! I watched a cockroach run across the floor beside me while eating at Dee Jay's. A waitress named krystal stomped on it and walked away... leaving it there.... GUTS AND ALL... as if it didnt happen!

It is directly in front of the new walmart supercenter... therefor when people are done shopping, the will go to dee jays... bu if you are reading this... BEWARE!!!!

I STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING ELSEWHERE!!!!

Best Ribs You'll Ever Have. Shenendoah must own another Ribs/BBQ restaurant and is jealous. These are the best ribs I've ever had in my life - better than any I've had anywhere, including New York, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Memphis, DC, etc. The SuperRack is big enough to easily feed two people, so it's reasonably priced for a date or dinner out. The ribs fall off the bone. Excellent!

Best ribs. Best service. Best owner.. This has to be by far the best rib restaurant. We eat out almost every day and don't do ribs anywhere else because they are tough and dry. DeeJay's ribs fall off the bone. The potato skins are great and the redskin mashed are even better. The pulled pork sandwich is wonderful. The service is great and many of the waitstaff have been with the owner since opening. The owner is there frequently and will greet you and make you feel welcome. I enjoy the atmosphere myself. I only hope it goes non-smoking soon.

I have one negative... not serving real butter. The margarine/spread they use is disappointing when everything else is top notch.

Best ribs and great service. I am on the road 80% of the time with my job. I have eaten ribs from California to Washington to Kansas to Texas to North Carolina and more. When I see a ribs place advertised I give it a try. I like them all, dry rub, wet, hot, BBQ, you name it. But, for my money, this is the best ribs restaurant I have ever enjoyed. The ribs are meaty and tender and the sauce is just right for my taste. The service is excellent as well. If you get the chance to try them be prepared to get their early. This place is very popular with the locals.

Best Overall BBQ Restaurant Experience. We were hungry and tired, and Dee Jay's fell into our traveling laps! My husband's strawberry daiquiri was what you hope they taste like in the menu picture. Most often, not. Deep berry flavor, lots of whipped cream and a drink umbrella with two cherries to boot! Nice start for him. We checked out the menu before being seated and decided to start with half an onion loaf and follow up with rib meals that include coleslaw or salad, potato skins and bread. I was overwhelmed with happiness. We only got to Dee Jay's because upon an old request of a friend from Weirton, we attempted to dine at Happy's: now closed.

Our salad and coleslaw arrived immediately after our orders were taken and were a nice cool way to get the meal rolling. The onion loaf arrived a few minutes later. It was cooked to perfection. Not greasy, stringy onion rings, but 1/2" - 1" tall slices piled upon one another. This was very tasty alongside the horseradish dip.

The dinners arrived quickly, but not while we were still eating the appetizer/salads. I greatly appreciate the few minutes between starters and entree. The ribs looked glorious, and we both picked the option to top the four potato skins with their version of toppings: finely crumbled bacon and cheese sauce on top, fresh chopped chives in sour cream on the side. Heavenly!!! I will never eat cheddar cheese on a potato skin again. This was just right! The ribs were ALL Meat. In my book that's 95% meat, 5% fat, and that's the most fat I ever expect to see in a restaurant, otherwise I'm not getting the meat I'm paying for. They were sticky with sauce, charred and crispy in the right places. Very Good Job!!!

Best ribs EVER. The ribs are the best I've ever eaten. You can eat them with a fork. They fall right off the bone. Highly recommend. We try to go there at least once a month.

Overdone. The original place was excellent! Tender, delicious, fall off the bone ribs. The new place - is laughable. What's up with the Maui Wowie atmosphere???? The place is decorated like a Bob Hope tropical Road to Bali nitemare. Nothing to do with BBQ's. Tried the ribs - tough and dry. Same with the chicken.
