The location was great and the staff was wonderful at the Pullman Plaza... there are several restaurants just across the street. The restaurant in the hotel was closed when we were there but looked nice. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly, including the gentlemen walking around with tool bags - they said a hearty "Good Morning" to us which was nice. The room was adequate as the bed was comfortable but the air conditioner/heater made very strange noises constantly and I could never tell if it was heating or cooling but I didn't tell anyone at the hotel as I am sure they would have offered to switch my room. Overall I was very comfortable and had a very nice stay with very friendly people all around. I would definitely stay there again!

I recently stayed there while attending a cheerleading competition. The staff was very helpful and took care my luggage and vehicle while at the competition. Our room was very comfortable and we received 2 breakfast bars with the room. I will stay be staying here again next year at competition time.

Close to everything you need to see in Huntington. Good food in hotel and half a dozen nice places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Valet parking, free breakfast that is sit down and a full breakfast, and a free drink in the bar each night. Staff is very friendly and heplful.

The hotel staff were perhaps the friendliest and most helpful we have ever encountered. The hotel, including our room, was spacious, immaculately clean and very well appointed. We were not only entirely satisfied but very impressed!

Its nice to stay in a privately owned hotel for a change. It feels very homey and friendly (though quite large) and is a nice fit for the kind West Virginia town. It is definitely aging a bit and you can feel it was much nicer 3 decades ago. However, the price is right and it has a nice restaurant and bar and passable pool and gym for under $100 for a King size bed and a nice southern breakfast buffet as well...

My recent trip to the Pullman Plaza was a very good one. The lobby, valet parking and reception were very nice and welcoming. Our room was clean, and overlooked the river. It was a good location, near restaurants within walking distance, shops, and a movie theatre. I had coupons for a free drink in the bar, and free breakfast the next morning. The hotel is an older hotel, so I did not expect it to be in perfect condition. However, it was certainly nice enough for a short stay.

Stayed in this hotel several times over the years, it used to be a Radisson, Has nothing fancy though an OK restaurant for dinner at night. Breakfast is basic but fine, rooms do need some work done on them, but this was the cheapest hotel in this visit to the US and in terms of overall value it is the best. free breakfast and 1 drink per night also included but the drink offer excluded most branded drinks. now i notice the fire exit and like the Lincoln once you commit you have to reach the ground floor. Here though when you get to bottom you can get out.

Free shuttle back to the airport just cemented the value.

Very friendly staff. Room was nice, well cleaned. The whole hotel is not very modern but we enjoyed that. Walked to dinner in the evening and felt safe. Will stay there again.

This hotel is in the heart of Huntington, across the street from Pullman Square with at least a dozen restaurants, a movie theater, book store and boutiques. The hotel itself is older but in decent shape. The room was clean, the bed was a Sleep Number mattress with a duvet. Two complaints- no firm pillows and the wireless kept kicking me off. The wired Internet worked great and was fast. This hotel also offers shuttle service to the airport.

Close to everything you could possibly want to do! Rooms large but beds are very hard. Breakfast is outstanding also have lunch buffet at a great lunch. Staff very pleasant
