In Short – Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Tough Steak, Mistimed food.

My Wife and I went to Outback Steakhouse in Charleston, WV.
We were looking forward to Coconut Shrimp, but we were told by the Waitress they were out. Ok, we ordered Steak with Garlic Mashed Potatos. We finally got our steak, but the Mashed Potatoes didn't come out until we were almost done with our steaks.
We talked to the manager, who said they did, in fact, have Coconut shrimp.
To be fair, the manager took care of the bill, but it was the worst dining experienced at an outback.
