Honest dealings. I thought the freon was low in my A/C. Holsteins had run a ad saying they would recharged and check the system for $60.00. That is half what others charge. I took my car in and they got right on it. Mr Holstein informed me the system was fully charged. It is the compressor going bad. He did not charge a dime for the checking the system. Also he suggested I take the car to a dealer or specialist. He has a nice clean cool waiting room. You won't get milked at Holstein's!

Honest and Fair Prices and Good Service. I have used Holstein's several times in the past and have found them to be very fair priced and honest and they know cars! I took my grand-daughters car in to be repaired and received a call informing me how much it would be to repair the timming belt. Holsteins recommendation was to NOT make the repair unless my grand-daughter was attached to the car and going to keep it for at least 3 more years. He advised us that spending that amount of money to fix it just didn't make economical sense. She took his recommendation. Thank You Holsteins for Your Honesty and Service.

BIG BUCKS for 4 plugs and wires. Got a tune-up on my 2001 Ford Focus. For 4 plugs and a set of plug wires, Holstein's charged me $68.80 . Then I was charged $45.00 labor for installing the plugs and another $45.00 labor for installing the plug wires. Plus an additional $2.70 for "supplies and disposal. Then add tax on all that. This is what a tune-up costs at Holstein's. Total for plug and plug wires...$171.19. I did get a nice greasy hand print on my seat cover for no additional charge. I also had a ignition coil ($89.63) and another $45.00 labor charged. Total bill was $313.90 for about approximately 45 minutes work - $135.00 labor. That equates to $180.00 an hour. If you want proof, I'll email you a copy of the bill. My email address is mark.harry@yahoo
