DON'T TRUST AT ALL!!.
I've discovered that the store that I trusted to sell my scrap and extra gold and sterling jewelry to has been ripping me off for the past 2 yrs. at least. They don't weigh in front of you, giving you whatever they think will impress you.
Found this to be a true fact this last Fr., 10/29. Brought in items, including my old wedding ring set to trade in for a newer, better set. Got $100 for one of the necklaces, later, after not finding any deals, got the necklace back. Took it to another gold buyer and received $180 for the same necklace.
Plus, how they say that you get double the money of any brought in scrap jewelry towards any purchase with them isn't true at all. In the past, always brought in and used my scrap jewelry to help pay for jewelry repairs, this time being the 1st time I wanted to try their double the value to purchase a new, different wedding set.
Jay also likes to talk one into instead sell items brought in for repairs.
I'm very disappointed and can't believe I was taken advantage of for so long w/o knowing. REALLY TRUSTED HIM.

DON'T GO HERE!.
My boyfriend and I went in there with full intentions to make a purchase. We also had gold we wanted to sell and to use towards our purchase.
First off we didn't even get a hello or we will be with you shortly. Second, as we stood looking around the store there were 2 ladies just rearranging the case. They looked at us and just kept ignoring us. After waiting 15 minutes of just standing there waiting for someone to assist us we said whatever and left. This place is pathetic
What a joke.
Just took a diamond and emerald ring in to get appraised and they said it was worth approx. $200 or $300 dollars. Gold is at an all time high, and I had this ring appraised 2 years ago from my trusted jeweler in my town and it came in at $1,200.
Kreiger said $200 or $300? I don't think so. I'll keep my buisness in my community anyways, I was just interested in Kreiger's commercial about how if you trade in your jewelry there they will pay you double. Hah. Double of nothing. Watch out consumers. What a scam.
