Tips for Olive Garden

The Pasta sampler is a waste.
My main gripe is that I wanted to try the pasta sampler because a few things looked good, and I wanted an Alfredo and a red sauce etc, Instead I received one massive massive plate of pasta and a ton of sausage, I had to stop eating and request a second plate and leave the first one to waste because I wanted to try multiple plates (Like in the commercials!) The second plate was 1/4th the size, perfect for a sampler, they told me the first plate is always that big and the second is smaller like this. Very annoying way to do it.
My wife would like to add the definably negative effect their food has on your digestive tract.

Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.
