Perfect Choice. Will use again. I had no clue where to start planning of a vacation with my boyfriend. I knew I wanted Mexico (typical I know :), but beyond that I didn't even really know what an All-Inclusive was. I worked with Kim, an travel agent I contacted through their web site and she walked me through it. Did you know there are over 150 resorts in just the Cancun and Riviera Maya area alone to choose from! I don't know how I could have done it myself. In the end we stayed at a great resort that was right in our budget. I look forward to staying at a Luxury resort next time! I just wish they had 24 support for their call system. I had questions during our flight (which as at 5 a.m.), but ended up just getting assistance from the airline.
