Wonderful flowers!!

Recently went into Eau Claire Floral and found they had new owners. How wonderful they are remodeling and things are looking great. What a wonderful family owned business. And the floral arrangements are great, not the same old boring looks that you see everywhere else. And the customer service was great they make you feel like an old friend. Overall very pleased. Will definitely do business agian.

Eau Claire Floral, becoming the worst florist in town.

honestly, this is the worst florist i have seen in the city. Late in the year 2007, apparently ownership was switched. I walked in being a regular customer for so many years, and I did not recognize the florist I had grown to prefer. The old service was fantastic, quality products, AMAZING customer service, rarely and problems, but always fixed to 110%. Currently, the owners' children running around the store constantly, renovations are done half-way, they dont seem to know anything about their products they are selling. All-in-all, it seems like a joke. Where is the customer satisfaction we have grown to love from this home town florist?
- Pros: more than just the everyday flowers were sold.
- Cons: half way renovations, poor customer service, not knowing their products. Run down building

I called this shop and was treated like I was a regular customer that they see everyday. I sales person was very helpful. I received a picture of the flowers I sent and was VERY satisfied.

I usually don't do this but we have been customers for many years and have always been pleased with this shop. If there is a problem (SELDOM) they willingly take care of it. They are always helpful and the quality we receive is always the best.

this phone transaction was great......excellent sales people. help and gave me ideas. I spoke to my aunt and the flowers were beautiful----best she said she has ever had.
