Terrible Experience. Terrible experience. I felt the customer was second to the money that could be made from a sale. I was very interested in a Buell listed at the Eau Clair Ford Dealership and ready to view it as soon as possible, however after calling about the bike I was notified that is was being repaired due to an issue in the charging system. The sales representative asked if I would wait until the following week to visit, as he would have it repaired and ready for a test ride. I happily agreed and we made an appointment. I had also contacted him many times throughout the week with questions and reconfirmed our appointment. I was fully prepared to purchase the motorcycle, however I was called 2 days before my appointment and told the bike had sold.
