Phenomenal customer service!. I have gone to Richards Diamonds & Gems many times over the years and the exceptional customer service they provide along with the lifetime trade in option on gold chains is nothing I've ever heard of before. They totally stand behind their product! I will continue to purchase items I need/want from them.

Richards has GREAT customer service. My experience with Richard's Diamonds & Gems has been nothing short of wonderful. I have many pieces of jewelry from them and will continue to purchase more from them. They often have discounts and are very friendly.
