Customer Review May 21, 2012 RE: Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service Technician: Kevin Crowley, #1444 Our home is located in Racine County, State of Wisconsin, and today presented two (2) plumbing issues – one dealing with a sluggish drain for the upstairs shower and bathroom and one dealing with a persistent drip of the kitchen faucet.

My wife called at approximately 10:30 AM today and spoke with the Roto Rooter representative. The call was friendly and professional. We were assured that we would hear from the plumber within the next 2 hours and that there was no “trip charge.” Roto Rooter’s procedure is that the plumber gives a free estimate upon doing an on-site inspection of the job at the time of the on-site inspection.

The plumber arrived at our home from the Kenosha office of Roto Rooter by early afternoon on May 21, and he did the on-site inspection. We found him to be both professional and neat (clean) while doing his work. The work was done satisfactorily. Upon completion, payment could be made one of three ways – cash, credit card, or check. By 4:00 PM, the job was completed, and the house was back to normal.

Need a plumber, call Roto-Rooter first!. What a gross, disgusting mess.... While taking my shower the drain started to backup with, oh I don't even want to think about it again. I called Roto-Rooter, they were there in less than an hour. Dan the plumber was faced with a dirty job. However, always pleasant and professional. He solved the issue and my nightmare was over. I am a real estate broker and will recommend all my clients call Roto-Rooter for all their plumbing issues.…

Fast Friendly Service 041712. After coming home from work we discovered that our sump pump was not working. This type of thing always seems to happen after normal working hours. We contacted Roto-Rooter (who does not charge any addtional fees for after hours or weekends) and they were able to come out that evening and in less than 2 hours. They were able to replace the sump pump that evening and also took the time to give us a recommendation on another issue were having. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definetly be contacting them again in the near future.…

Great Service, saved our day!!!. We had a terrible leak today in our basement. I called Roto Rooter and they gave me a time estimate of 4-7. They called me back at 2:30 (about an hour after I called to schedule) and were able to come out and fix the issue earlier than originally quoted. I couldn't be happier as I was sitting without water for a few hours already. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgable, he worked quickly and got us up and running in no time. I like that they don't have any extra charges for calls on weekends as well.…
