Very Nice and helpful. When coming to the shop I did not want to be there but the ladies were very nice and helpful. We described what we were looking for and they helped us find it. They were also willing to work with things we already had for flowers for the wedding I will be using them again.
excellent customer service and flowers. I had flowers delivered to my mother for her birthday and they were fantastic. I had called late in the day and the lovely young lady on the phone reassured me that the flowers would be sent out asap that day. My mother was extemely surprised and loved her gorgeous bouquet that I had sent. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants great customer service and beautiful bouquets. Thank you Carie and Jenn!
Worst Customer Service Ever.
Our Beloved Grandfather passed away and I offered to take care of the floral arrangement for his service from the entire family. I called Kennewick Floral and placed my order.Having been in the floral industry myself for over 5 years,I knew what I was ordering and was very specific and detailed about where, the address, my contact information,ect.I let them know that this is THE arrangement from the family, to be placed on the alter,next to his picture.
The very difficult day of the service came and went, however, my flowers never did. NOTHING was delivered, no contact was made to me, the church, or any other family members regarding the delivery. Since the shop was closed by the end of the service, I had to wait until Monday morning to call and try to sort out what happened. It appears that the young woman who took my order wrote the wrong experation year for my debit card, AND the last digit in my phone number was also missing. The shop manager told me that they "tried" to get ahold of me, and the church but had "no luck." I know for a fact that the contact info at the church had my mother-in-law's phone number and she was answering. They also tried all different dates for the credit card, which I see as very unlikely, seeing is all they had to do was add a year and it would have worked. I personally believe that they did not have luck the first time with the credit card and left it at that.
I asked the mananger to be compensated for this HUGE mistake and she informed me that she would need to check with the owner and would get back to me ASAP. Three days later, I called them, was not able to speak to the owner, or the manager(she wasn't taking calls)and some teenager told me that they would compensate me for a $50.00 arrangment. In flower world, this is about $16.00 cost to them.Then she had another name down, thinking I was another person, apparently It happens often- DO NOT USE KENNEWICK FLORAL IF YOU WANT YOUR FLOWERS TO SHOW UP, OR THEM TO CARE ABOUT YOU!
