The manager is condescending, rude and either sleeping or too busy to assist customers. We had a hot water problem which was evidently caused by the plumbing being reversed. Twice we approached the front desk to ask about getting hot water and the clerks did not know what to do other than recommending to jiggle the handle or let the water run longer. The manager evidently knew you had to turn the dial all the way to cold and let it run for a while to get hot water. Instead of getting out of bed and telling us that was what we needed to do, he ignored us and our plight, afterall he had collected our $429 upon check in. Upon finally reaching the manager on the Monday after we departed, he ridiculed us saying a three year old figured out how to get hot water out of the outlet and went on to write a very condescending and offensive email. The owner never responded to our complaints about the unprofessional manager, so he evidently condones someone who berates the customers and does nothing to assist them other than take their money.

We will be very happy when the Marriott, Hampton Inn and Hilltop are complete as it will be the beginning of the end for this low class establishment.

I really enjoyed my time in Pullman, WA visiting my girlfriend at WSU. The motel was easy to find and centrally located one block from Main st. It's very close to several nice restaurants, and within walking distance to WSU. The room was very clean, with cable TV, fridge, and even a microwave. The staff was very helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The motel is cheaper than a Holiday Inn, and has a quit charming small town atmosphere. One of the last places to stay that is mom/pop run in the area. The hotel lives up to its name as a "Manor Lodge," and I will go back again.

great location and great rates. In the heart of downtowm Pullman. The room were very clean and comfortable. I would definately stay there again! it's in walking distance to WSU, and local restaurants and nightlife.

This place was great! It no longer is the Manor Lodge Motel. It is now The Town Centre Inn. Everybody is nice and polite, and making a reservation was easy and quick. The staff were polite and quick. The room was clean and smelled good. The location was perfect to everything downtown and the university. The price was great, and the rooms were comfy and roomy. I would highly recommend this Inn to others.

We've been staying here for years during football game weekends. It's really the perfect location. Once we arrive on Friday, there is no need for your car. Walking distance to stadium and bars/restaurants. We've never had an issue with cleanliness. It's the perfect stay while in Pullman.

It was in walking distance to just about everything we needed, including the college, which made everything so much easier to see. It was well worth the trip. The owners were very friendly and family oriented. Always greet you with a smile.
