Good Remodel - Poor Operations

The remodeled rooms are very well done. Only addition needed for rooms is coffee pot and new TVs. While remodel is nice, operations are poor. Office smelled of pot (front desk guy was 420 friendly). Ran out of milk at free continential breakfast with an hour to go and only response was, "Oh, well." Throw up outside a room when we arrived. Cleaned up. Back the next morning. Too bad they've spent so much on the remodel only to have it managed so poorly.

GREAT VALUE

I stayed there recently with a friend (02/21/10) and we were blown away by the new rooms, they look amazing! The office looked remodeled too.
Most motels in Pullman are run down but in the new room I thought i was in a nice hotel. I will stay there again.

Great Location, within walking distance of many downtown restaurants. Easy access to WSU and Uof Idaho. Updated Rooms. Wi-Fi and Complimentary Continental Breakfast.
