In Short – Based in Durango, Colo., this chocolatier has been packaging sweetness since 1981. Over 300 candies and confectionery products, like the famous "Bear"--a paw-sized concoction of chewy caramel, roasted nuts and heavy chocolate--have made the Crail family business an international success. Mountainous mounds of clusters, caramels, creams and truffles are just some of the ready-made treats available in stores and online. In-store candy-making demonstrations using copper kettles and gas-fired stoves are also popular.
