Great Customer Service. I Have been to alot of places. But never have I had such great customer service. The lady in the office took time to help my elderly mother to show her how to work her new tv she had bought. When my mother got confused and started pushing several buttons on her remote, we called up this company and they were willing to help. They set up an appointment for the next day and the service man that came over to her house, was extremely patient and took the time to explain everything she needed to know to run her TV. This is a wonderful company and my hat goes off to them. It isn't very often you meet people who will take the time to actually treat you like a person and are wiling to give you the time of day. Worst Company in more than a decade. I was told they would fix a problem the installer created in "three to five days." It will be 29 days on the next working day. Promises of a "call back" . . . not, usually get an answering machine. Customer no service . . . the worst business we have dealt with in over a decade.…
