Washingtons Best Restaurants. Plaza Jalisco has a great atmosphere with many locals and new comers. Some of the chef’s have special meals not on the menu, but if you ask they are there too please. Make sure you come in on your birthday for the amusing entertainment, even if it isn’t your birthday the staff alone is entertaining (Especially Noe). The best Mexican food ever. Several years ago I made it my mission to try every type of food from mexico that I could find. The search ended at Plaza Jalisco in Napavine. I found it to be the best of the best.
