Poor Customer Service.
Dear Friends,
When I went to Package Express Postal Center on Marvin Road in Lacey, Washington and after the current customer was finished, I was waiting next in line at the counter and the attendants completely overlooked me and took two other patrons before me.
This really irritated me!
I waited for a couple more minutes to see if they would take care of me. They didn't so I left and went to the UPS Store on the other side of the street where I was waited on immediately and with good customer service.
I later called up to mention it and all they had to say was that when I left I looked like I was in a bad mood (imagine that) and they were sorry if they hurt my feelings. I do not have any emotional ties to them so hurt feelings was not the issue. I was angry!
The issue was fairness in taking first customers first. After all most of us consider our time valuable don't we?…

Best Service Ever.
I know my mail is safe at Package Express and I have no reservations recommending this business to others. Take it from someone who has been doing business with these fine folks for more than 10
years!
The folks at Package Express have been carefully handling my mail for more than 10 years. The only mishap that ever happened was due to the inefficiency of the US Post Office in Lacey, not Package Express.
They are nice, kind and they have a cute little dog that comes in on occasion to greet me and my lovely wife!…

***If getting your mail is important to you, DO NOT DO BUSSINESS HERE***. Too, make a very long story short. I am a business owner here in the Olympia/Lacey area and I have a personal mail box through this package express. I have not received my mail so often that it is a crime. I did not recieve my voter's ballot, and called the auditor's office on August 7, 2008 to have a new ballot mailed, they told me it would be mailed the next day. I never received my ballot and did not vote in the governor's primary election. I called the auditor's office back, and they told me they in fact mailed it once again to the same address. WHICH IS HALF OF THE PROBLEM RIGHT THERE. O.K. HERE'S THE ADDRESS PMB#112 1401 MARVIN RD NE SUITE 307 LACEY WA. 98516. O.K. NOW HAVE YOU EVER TRIED TO BUY ANYTHING ONLINE? YEAH, AND EVEN BILL HOLDER'S HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PUTTING THE ADDRESS IN THERE COMPUTER DATABASES. I have been late paying bills because of this; my credit report was damaged. I have had to close a bank account due to not getting a new debit card; my credit was damaged for closing that account. I have paid for 2-3 day shipping and not recived the item for 8 day's. These are just a few of the many inconviences' that I have had to deal with. Calling on missed place mail, and packages. I have called the Lacey post officeThere are countless pieces of mail missing that I don't even know about. Since I have had to, get a new box, which entails, me having all new business cards and letter head stamps a so forth, reprinted for hundreds of dollars. I am currently suing this company. The owner's are rude, and unhelpful. After I confronted the business owner, I was retaliated on, I was the only one without mail for the last week, I have not received one piece.…
