A little bit too greasy for me
by Carlos180
I got a pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was just swimming in grease. A little grease is just fine since it gives it flavor and character, but mine had just too much for my liking. If I went back, I think I would only get pepperoni without the sausage and it might solve the problem.
This is the perfect Pizza. It is what it says it is "Old Skool"

This is the perfect Pizza. It is what it says it is "Old Skool" this is the great type of pizza we would get Little Italy in Cleveland back in the 60's and 70's. Unpretentious, the real deal, no Lotus Blossoms, Colonics or Oxygen Bars, just Pizza as God meant it to be in the Genesis of Pizza. Don't get me wrong every once in a while I want a good olive oil, goat cheese, calamata, hearts of palm and swordfish ceviche slice. This is the stuff you could eat day in and day out. You run in grab a slice of pepperoni and a drink and run out. This is everybodys pizza. The crust isa creation you could eat by itself, the texture, chewy enough but not too much and puffs aromatic yeast and fragrant bread in every bite. The sauce is placed on in the correct balance as to be pesent but not coquering like Napolean taking out a village in Bavaria. The other ingrediant are portioned with the same care ending in a portrait Italian street fare worthy of note in anyones book..

This place makes some amazing thin crispy pizza that cant be beat anywhere in the olympia or seattle areas. The atmosphere is rockin to the beat too.... Some very nostalgic posters.

Amazing Pizza in the tradition New York Style. Hot pizza by the slice is probable the best part of the place. With tons of toppings to choose from and reasonable prices for the best pizza in town make Old School a premier pizza joint.
- Pros: Clean, Prompt
- Cons: Dingy

Best Pizza I ever ate. All my friends agree and even pick it up to take to upscale potlucks. Great group of guys own this establishment.
- Pros: Gourmet items, Generous slices, Friendly & Fast
- Cons: Wish they delivered
