the donuts were so greasy they dropped down, they didn't taste like anything special, the place was a dump, i'd try Pao's on sixth ave, in tacoma. way better donuts, and really great coffee as well.

Best Donuts Ever!!

I used to live in Lakewood and was repeatedly underwhelmed by this place from the outside. Then, a co-worker brought in some just-barely-still-warm donuts and I was converted. If you've never had a donut here, you've never had a donut. Do yourself a favor. Go here, treat yourself. You deserve it. And if you could send a dozen to NYC, I'd love you forever!
- Pros: the product far outweighs any potential cons.
- Cons: hard to see the donuts when you're there. Maybe it's changed since I was last there but probably not.

House of Donuts - Lakewood

This place has the best maple and chocolate bars you've ever tasted!!! And they are HUGE!!! Where else can you go and get your donut through a drive-through?? Ok, and it not be a Krispy creme?? These donuts have some substanance to them, not air. People know about this donut place. An aunt who lives 50 miles away knows that you can special order donut holes from them, and does so at every family reunion!! They are fabulous!! Always a friendly face at the windows too!! A++++
