Worst Management In University Place

Was a tenant for 3 years at the former Bay Vista Apartments. The former management team were courteous and helpful. As soon as the new management came in (dobler management or whatever they're called), i noticed a drastic change. They chopped down the trees in front of the complex (that should have been a sign that bad things are coming) and sucessfully neutured the whole place. They raised my rent twice in 6 months. Twice! 200 dollars for some cheap car shed and washing machines. I wont count the washing machines because they did the renovating while i was in the apartment. Talk about b@lls. They decided to give me a 150 dollar credit for putting up with the inconvenience of moving everything out of my kitchen. I had to move everything,not the crew, and if i didn't, i had to pay a fine. Well enough ranting. In short if you like getting shafted, by all means become a tenant of Bay Vista err Abbey Lanes Apartments (they changed the name in hopes all the bad reviews would go away). As for me, I'll continue to be a happy tenant of Castellan West Apartments where the management actually breathe and have bl@@d in their veins.
