Good Food but Behind on The Tech

This place needs a website so I can experience a little bit more of their food. I am usually stuck just ordering as I get there on a lunch break, and am usually rushed.

I would like to study the menu in the car on the way there if possible.

The staff is sometimes a little stressed out, but that's just the way they run it over at Viafores...

Good food and service.

When you want to have a great Italian deli lunch with special care as to your specific items on the menu and buy some frozen dinner entree's to go while you wait for your lunch to eat there or take out; this is the place to go!!!!

Cash or checks only, so just know that before you go there. Also they are old fashioned Italian, no fax orders, just plain good old fashioned good "One on one Italian - May I help you?" with your order and they will make it as specifically as you wish and with great pride!!!

Great family generations of ownership is very obvious with the love of perfection for every customer.

A must place to eat and buy Italian foods in Fircrest, WA.

Yumm, I am already hungry for my next special deli lunch order, perhaps I will do their Pizza again, yum, and several or 4 frozen dinners to go as usual!

What a Deli love this place.

I eat there often, It is the best Italian Deli I've found .It's located in Fircrest Wa.

Fresh Salads,Sausage,ravioli,and other fine foods. David has a freezer for take home when your in a hurry for a late dinner. The staff David,Debbie,Tonya,Ivy,and Ma an Pa, are very polite an run a excellent Deli.

Imported Cheeses - I have to wonder. One morning bright and early I ran into Viafore at Albertson's. He was pushing a rack of meat. Later that day he swerved his deli van at me in intimidation attempt. What was on that rack of meat... that was so important he tried to intimidate me into silence? What followed was a four month Pierce County Sheriff investigation into other Viafore corruption. There is also the matter of "mayor" Viafore covering-up the Fircrest E-Coli outbreak because he would lose business.

I love this place

Viafores is a great little deli where you can grab a bite to eat or a dinner to take home. Its great to see that there still are places that value family tradition. They have a great selection. My fav the pizza bread and pasta salad.

• Cons: Hard to get a seat becasue it can get very busy
