Top Notch! GREAT MAINTENANCE, GREAT MANAGEMENT, AND JUST ALL AROUND A GREAT APARTMENT COMPLEX. I would recommend Madrona to anyone!

They do a great job. Madrona Pointe is by far the best place that I have ever lived. Everyone here is kind and caring. The maintenance people are always willing to do their jobs and help us whenever there is an issue.

Great Place!. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD, GREAT MAINTENANCE, GREAT MANAGEMENT, AND JUST ALL AROUND A GREAT APARTMENT COMPLEX.

Good Location. I lived at Madrona Pointe for just over a year. I have never had any real problems. Yes I have had to call in to the office to have my garbage disposer fixed which was not a real big deal. Madrona Pointe was a nice place to live and a good location for me. If I ever go back to the Tacoma area I will be going back to Madrona Pointe.

Great Qualities. Whenever anything goes wrong, all I have to do is contact them and they are quick to respond. That is a great quality that is hard to find. I highly recommend Madrona Pointe.
