Great staff and care. Staff has always been very nice every time I've gone. If you went in feeling sick they usually call a few days later to see if your feeling better or if they need to make some changes for you. They're willing to work with you money wise. As well as give you advise to other places that are cheaper if you don't have much money. Have always been very helpful. They have always asked my opinion prescription wise to see if want to spend more money on a med that u don't have to take as much or less money on a med that works but has more doses. Would definitely recommend them.…
Unprofessional disgrace of a clinic.
That this place advertises as an "Urgent Care" clinic is beyond a lie. In severe (but non-emergent) discomfort I arrived on a Sunday only to be told by the receptionist in a rude and condescending
way that I could not be seen. Though I provided my primary care physician's name and phone number (so that they could verify) they refused to even evaluate me based on the fact that I should have seen my regular doctor. That I was there because my regular doctor was not open on a Sunday did not phase them in the least. No chance was given to talk to the doctor or to explain my situation. No history was taken and no benefit of the doubt offered. I would advise people to avoid this place at all cost. They are as unprofessional and unethical a group of health care providers as could possibly exist.
