Finally what I asked for!

I searched for a good salon reading reviews and their websites. 3D had young hip stylist photos on there page with nice modern styles and awesome color so I decided to pick them. I was weary after reading the other review but as long as the rep isn't my stylist I really don't care. I called early (didn't put me on hold) and got Heather the manager, sweet lady, she got me in same day when I wanted. I ended up asking them about the rep and they said there use to be someone like that but they aren't there now. Anyway my stylist Megan was sooooo awesome she was a perfectionist my color came out perfect just like the photo I showed her. Justeen did my cut and it's really cute too. I did all blonde on top and dark underneath it ran me with the hair cut $133+tips but she foiled allot and my hair is long. I wish I could post a before and after! What a difference. I love it and will definitely be making her my only stylist for along time! Hope this helps anyone looking, they are all good there!

• Cons: little pricey but hey I don't have to go anywhere else now =)

LOVE MY STYLIST! Front desk is young and unprofessional.

I have been going to 3D for about 3-4 years. A long time ago my stylist left and 3D refused to tell me where she went. I didn't go to them for a year due to this but eventually found ONE stylist there that was actually good.

The one time I let one of them do my eyebrows it was an awful mistake. They were uneven, horribly shaped, and the girl didn't seem to care at all about what she was doing.

Anyway, my stylist is FANTASTIC! Love her, so friendly, very talented.

I don't know what happened to the front desk but every time I have called in the last month (5 times) they put me on hold immediately. Place the phone down on the desk and proceed to talk with customers and one another for up to 13 minutes. I can't stand it any longr than about 10 minutes but once I stayed for 13 minutes. NEVER ONCE in 4 times of this happening on different days did they ever come back to me.

Other times I would try to call the line would be busy (I wonder why.....).

the annoying part was that I can hear the conversations and at some points, they have taken care of all the customers and are just babbling to one another (as coworkers).

The fifth time i called I did so early on a weekday (trying a less busy time, I guess) and the girl told me that my stylist wouldn't be in for a few days. Ok, so I offered to try another stylist for the first time because we were now down to the wire for a cut for the holidays.... I told the girl where this woman works (in the first station) and she hadbeen there for years. Explaned what she looked like, etc. The receptionist didn't seem to care and said "she doesn't have any openings either". Period. Silence. I then just said that it sounded like this was more difficult than it needed to be and I just find another salon altogether. For the first time in the conversation she sounded happy and excited. She said "OK!!! That would be GREAT!"

It is really sad that my stylist is the one that loses in this situation. :-(

• Cons: Front desk. I'm honestly done with them.
