NOT HAPPY-WILL NOT TAKE MY SON THERE AGAIN. We moved to the area a year ago and took my son to this clinic. At his 18 month check up the office forgot to give him one of his shots which we had to argue with them when we found out. Have been going there for several months regarding my sons ear infections. He had tubes put in Feb 2011 and Evergreen doctors kept telling us his tubes were halfway in and halfway out for months however his ear infections kept coming back. The doctors told us to wait until his 2 year check up before they would decide if we needed to go to an ENT. This past weekend I took my son to their urgent care as not only is he already being treated for blocked ear drums but now had signs of yet another ear infection. The doctor that we saw said she could not see behind is tube but saw some yellow fluid so she would treat him for an ear infection, in the mean time scratched his ear canal while examining him. Extremely frustrated, and with no confidence in this practice, I finally got him into an ENT last minute this morning only to find out HIS TUBES WERE SIDEWAYS! No wonder they were blocked! So frustrated and will not take my son to this practice again. We were already looking for a new Pediatrician to switch to before our baby that is due in October however as of today we are officially done and will NEVER recommend this office. The receptionists are all very friendly as well as the billing people but in reality you go to the office for doctors and these doctors were not reliable in diagnosing or even recommending anything for my son.

Shady. Not military friendly. RXs psych drugs 2 easily 2 kid. Doctor will not speak to military personnel who are deployed over phone about their own children. Doctor requires that all parties (both parents) be present before they will do it (active duty military cannot be under tight schedules and needs flexibility especially when child is in crisis). This facility has no flexibility for military deployed people). They will not send emails, talk on the phone, require in person updates to get information about child).

Was told by a nurse at this facility that they do not have email accounts (found out through someone else that they do).

Not a tricare approved provider.

Not familiar with military powers of attorney, so if you have a power of attorney for someone that is deployed, forget about getting any information about their kid from this organization.

Prescribed prozac and lithium to son without first getting a proper diagnosis from a psychiatrist. Drugs were likely cause of a psychotic break for my 11 year old.

Shady organization. Save your kids from this place.

Great Place for you Kid's Health. This is a great place to take your kids for any type of pediatric care. I always have a good experience with the staff, great upfront customer care and excellent services for my children.

Best Service!. We have been taking our children here for some time now and have had no complaints. All of the staff are nice and friendly and Dr. Pollard is very thorough, knowledgeable and take the time to answer all my questions and my kids' questions as well. No-one wants to take their kids to the doctor because all kids fight it, but once we get there the kids always calm down and feel right at home playing with the toys or talking with the receptionist.

Definitely Recommended. Dr. Russell is just great! We have been going to him for 4 years now. My sister takes her two daughters to him as well. Our family has been pleased with the service we have received and have recommended Evergreen Children's Clinic to many people over the years.
