Amazing customer service.. This husband wife team has been absolutely stellar helping me resolve some vision issues and handing difficult to fill eyeglass prescriptions. First, they were wonderful with filling a very old vintage pair of frames I had. Delicate frames were handled with care and adjustments were made carefully on site. Another pair they warranted for me even though I didn't purchase them there AND they were past warranty! After hearing I was having issues with contact lenses, they offered to order me complementary specialty lens samples and called me when they were ready. Will definitely be back.…
Lousy Experience. I purchased glasses from this outfit in June 2011 and on Feb 1, 2012, I still do not have glasses that I can see out of properly. I've been given the royal run around. I'm very disappointed as they promised MUCH and have delivered LITTLE.…
Quality worth the trip.
Harbor Optical is certainly worth the trip from West Seattle.
Having worn glasses for 40 years, I now have the progressive lenses that don't make me dizzy and are a joy to wear while golfing. The knowledge and professionalism are all part of the complete package that you buy and well worth the price.
